Notes

We accept your parcels in Freiburg during our regular office hours. All consignments must have reached us at least one day prior departure.
We also accept parcels at each stop! Please inform us at least one day in advance until 6pm via phone. We cannot accept any unannounced parcels
All consignments need an exact and truthful table of contents. If failed to do so, problems at the customs might occur and penalties may arise.
Please note that no parcel should be heavier than 20kg.
Consignments must NOT include cash
Parcels from Romania to Germany can only be accepted if agreements were made in advance.
The sent parcels from Germany can ONLY be picked up at the parcel center
